First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Slachtoffer naar de frisse lucht brengen en warm en rustig houden. Bij ademhalingsklachten of ademstilstand kunstmatige beademing toepassen. Bij irritatie van de ademhalingswegen arts consulteren.
Na aanraking met de huid onmiddellijk wassen met veel water en zeep. Onmiddellijk afspoelen met: Ca-Gluconaatoplossing. Verontreinigde kleding uittrekken. Niet afwassen met: Reinigingsmiddel, zuur Reinigingsmiddel, alkalisch Oplosmiddelen/Verdunningen.
Bij contact met de ogen direct met geopende oogleden 10 tot 15 minuten met stromend water spoelen en oogarts consulteren. Onbeschadigd oog beschermen.
Onmiddellijk arts consulteren. Laten rusten. Na het inslikken de mond met rijkelijk water uitspoelen (alleen wanneer de persoon bij bewustzijn is) en direct medische hulp inroepen. GEEN braken opwekken.

Vereiste eigenschappen: EN ISO 374. Aanbevolen handschoenenfabrikaten: Producent KCL GmbH/Eichenzell-Germany; Ansell/Yarra City-Australia of vergelijkbare fabrikaten van andere firma's. Aanvullende handbeschermingsmaatregelen: Voor gebruik dichtheid/ondoorlaatbaarheid controleren. Opmerking: Met doorbraaktijden en zwellingseigenschappen moet rekening gehouden worden. Beschermingshandschoenen tegen chemicalien moeten in hun uitvoering afhankelijk van de concentratie van de gevaarlijke en -hoeveelheid speciaal voor de werkplek uitgekozen worden. Het wordt aanbevolen zich over de bestendigheid tegen chemicalien van de bovengenoemde beschermingshandschoenen voor speciaal gebruik met de handschoenenfabrikant te laten informeren. Crèmes zijn geen vervanging voor lichaamsbescherming.
Montuurbril met zijbescherming dragen korfbril. Vereiste eigenschappen: EN 166.
Normaal gesproken is geen persoonlijke adembescherming noodzakelijk. Adembescherming is noodzakelijk bij: onvoldoende ventilatie, aerosol- of nevelvorming, hoge concentraties, sproeiprocedure. Geschikte ademhalingsapparatuur: Geheel-/half-/kwartmasker (EN 136/140), Combinatiefilterapparaat (EN 14387) ABEK-P1 (EN14387). Alleen ademhalingsbeschermingsmaskers met CE-kenmerk inclusief het viercijferige controlenummer gebruiken. De beperking van de draagtijd conform GefStoffV in combinatie met de regels voor het gebruik van adembeschermingsapparaten (BGR 190) dienen in acht te worden genomen.
Beschermingskleding. Passende lichaamsbescherming: Chemisch beschermingspak. Tegen chemicaliën bestendige veiligheidsschoenen. Vereiste eigenschappen: zuurbestendig. Beschermingskleding: EN 13034 EN 14605. Tegen chemicaliën bestendige veiligheidsschoenen: EN ISO 20345. Opmerking: Crèmes zijn geen vervanging voor lichaamsbescherming.
