First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Breng de persoon weg van de plaats van blootstelling en leg hem in open lucht. Als er zich ademhalingsproblemen voordoen, doe de persoon een halfzittende houding aannemen met de borst vooruit; hou hem warm in een rustige omgeving. Bel onmiddellijk een arts.
Symptoms: Ademhalingsproblemen (bijvoorbeeld zware hoest).
Indien mogelijk rubberen handschoenen dragen om de eerste zorgen toe te dienen. Onmiddellijk elk bevuild op bespat kledingstuk uitdoen. Dit mag pas opnieuw gebruikt worden nadat het ontsmet is. Overvloedig met water spoelen gedurende 15 minuten. Indien de besmette zone uitgestrekt is en/of indien er huidletsels optreden, bel de 100, hospitalisering is aangewezen. Toon de arts het etiket.

Verwijder de contactlenzen indien aanwezig. Overvloedig met zoet en schoon water wassen gedurende 15 minuten met de ogen wijd open. Geen water naar het onaangetaste oog laten vloeien. Bijkomende zorgen moeten onmiddellijk worden toegediend in een oogheelkunde kliniek of bij een oogarts. Verpakking of etiket tonen. Blijven spoelen tot de arts geconsulteerd wordt.
De mond spoelen, niet doen drinken, niet doen braken, de persoon kalmeren en onmiddellijk naar een ziekenhuis of arts brengen. Toon de arts het etiket.
