First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
In geval van massale inademing en symptomen, het slachtoffer in de frisse lucht brengen en laten rusten in een houding die het ademen vergemakkelijkt. Zorg voor een goede luchtcirculatie. Maak alles los wat te strak kan zitten, zoals een kraag, stropdas, riem. In geval van flauwvallen, plaats de persoon in de laterale veiligheidspositie (PLS). Voer ALLEEN kunstmatige beademing uit als de proefpersoon niet meer ademt (mond op mond). Voer cardiopulmonale reanimatie (hartmassage) uit als er zowel ademstilstand als afwezigheid van pols is.
Verwijder de container en stop de stroom van de veroorzaker. Vervuilde, gempregneerde kleding onmiddellijk uittrekken.
Spoel het oog met veel lauw water of fysiologische zoutoplossing gedurende tenminste 15 minuten. Verwijder contactlenzen als het slachtoffer ze draagt en als ze gemakkelijk kunnen worden verwijderd, ga door met spoelen. Laat het water altijd van de neus naar het oor lopen. Vermijd spatten naar het andere oog. Houd het oog wijd open met de vingers. Beweeg het oog in alle richtingen tijdens het spoelen. Als het spoelen klaar is, bedek het oog dan met een kompres terwijl u op hulp wacht.
Het slachtoffer in de frisse lucht brengen en laten rusten in een houding die het ademen vergemakkelijkt. Bij braken het hoofd naar beneden houden om te voorkomen dat braaksel in de longen terechtkomt.
Immediate Medical Attention
Bel onmiddellijk een arts of het antigifcentrum en vermeld het product.
