Breng de blootgestelde persoon in de frisse lucht en zoek medische hulp indien nodig.
Verwijder vervuilde kledij en schoenen en spoel ze zorgvuldig met water en zeep.

Vermijdt productie en verspreiding van nevel en aerosol, door gebruik te maken van lokale ventilatie/afzuiging of andere voorzorgsmaatregelen. Indien nodig, tref alle voorzorgsmaatregelen om emissie in het milieu te voorkomen (bvb. opvangbakken,...).
Draag handschoenen in olie bestendig materiaal (bv. neopreen, nitrile). Bij de minste slijtage moeten de handschoenen vervangen worden. Het type handschoen en het gebruik moet door de werkgever gekozen worden in functie van de processen, zodat voldaan is aan de persoonlijke veiligheid en met in acht name van de richtlijnen van de producent. Zorg voor reine handen bij gebruik van de handschoenen.
Beschermingsbril en gelaatsbescherming voorzien indien de kans op het spetteren van olie bestaat.
Onder normale omstandigheden is dit niet nodig. Gebruik goedgekeurde ademhalingsmaskers uitgerust met organische nevelfilter indien de aangeraden blootstellingslimieten worden overschreden.
Draag geschikte beschermende kledij (voor meer informatie, verwijs naar CEN-EN 14605); vervang onmiddellijk bij vervuiling en was de kledij voor verder gebruik.
Indien nodig, tref alle voorzorgsmaatregelen om emissie in het milieu te voorkomen (bvb. opvangbakken,...). Raadpleeg technische voorzorgen, alsook secties 6.2, 6.3, 7.2, 12 en 13.
