First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Bij optreden van symptomen persoon in frisse lucht brengen. Medische hulp inroepen indien symptomen aanhouden.
Huid wassen met zeep en water. Onmiddellijk medische hulp inschakelen als symptomen na het afspoelen aanhouden. Indien heet materiaal op de huid terechtkomt, het gesmolten materiaal zo snel mogelijk met water afkoelen. Vervolgens het resterende materiaal laten verwijderen en de brandwonden laten behandelen door een arts. Medische hulp inschakelen.
Symptoms: Langdurig of herhaald contact met de huid kan uitdroging, barsten of irritatie veroorzaken.
Elk materiaal dat in contact komt met het oog moet er onmiddellijk met water worden uitgewassen. Verwijder contactlenzen als dit gemakkelijk te doen is. Onmiddellijk medische hulp inschakelen als symptomen na het afspoelen aanhouden. Als gesmolten materiaal in contact komt met het oog, onmiddellijk spoelen met veel water gedurende ten minste 15 minuten. Onmiddellijk medische hulp inschakelen.
EHBO is normaliter niet vereist. Indien meer dan 1/2 liter is ingeslikt, medische hulp vragen.

Type adembeschermingsmasker: Ademhalingsbeschermingsmiddel met een geschikt, door de overheid goedgekeurd (indien van toepassing) filter of filterbus.
Draag chemicaliënbestendige handschoenen, schoenen of laarzen, en beschermende kleding die is/zijn afgestemd op het blootstellingsrisico. Raadpleeg de handschoenenfabrikant voor specifieke informatie.
Bij elk omvangrijk ongewild vrijkomen dient de manager voor veiligheid en milieu te worden ingelicht.
