Symptoms: hoofdpijn, duizeligheid, misselijkheid, sufheid, bewusteloosheid

Skin contact

Verontreinigde kleding uittrekken, huid spoelen met veel water en onmiddellijk naar ziekenhuis vervoeren.

Symptoms: bijtend, roodheid, pijn, ernstige brandwonden

Eye contact

Eerst langdurig spoelen met water (contactlenzen verwijderen mits makkelijk mogelijk), dan naar arts brengen.

Symptoms: bijtend, roodheid, slecht zien, pijn

Ingestion

Mond laten spoelen, GEEN braken opwekken en onmiddellijk naar ziekenhuis vervoeren.

Symptoms: bijtend, ademnood, braken, blaren op lippen en tong, brandende pijn in mond en keel, slokdarm en maag

Immediate Medical Attention

Exposure Controls / PPE

Occupational exposure limits, engineering controls, and protective equipment

Engineering

Use with sufficient exhaust ventilation.

Hands

Handle with nitrile gloves (EN 374). Minimum breakthrough time of > 480 minutes, thickness 0.35mm. Check gloves well before use. Remove gloves neatly without touching the outside with bare hands. The suitability for a specific workplace must be discussed with the manufacturer of the protective gloves. Wash and dry hands.

Eyes

Close-fitting safety goggles. Wear a face shield and protective suit in case of exceptional processing problems.

Respiratory

Where breathing risks occur, use an air-purifying full-face mask if necessary. For protection against these exposure levels, use type ABEK.

Skin/Body

Impermeable clothing. The type of protective equipment depends on the concentration and quantity of hazardous substances at the respective workplace.
