Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Betrokkene in frisse lucht brengen. Raadpleeg een arts wanneer klachten ontwikkelen.
Symptoms: Overmatige blootstelling aan dampen tijdens het aanbrengen en uitharden kan de luchtwegen licht irriteren en resulteren in hoesten en niezen.
Was het blootgestelde gebied grondig met zeep en water gedurende minstens 15 minuten. Bij aanhoudende huidirritatie een arts raadplegen. Verontreinigde kleding uittrekken.
Symptoms: Langdurig of herhaald contact met de huid kan dermatitis veroorzaken (rode, droge huid).
Reinig de ogen met veel water gedurende minstens 15 minuten. Oogleden moeten van de oogbal afgehouden worden om een zorgvuldige reiniging te verkrijgen. Contactlenzen verwijderen, indien mogelijk. Raadpleeg een arts wanneer klachten aanhouden.
Symptoms: Ogen kunnen door overmatige blootstelling symptomen van roodheid, jeuk, irritatie en traanvorming vertonen.
Geen braken opwekken zonder medisch advies. Indien het slachtoffer braakt op natuurlijke wijze, laat het dan voorover leunen om het risico op aspiratie te verminderen. Onmiddellijk een arts of een antigifcentrum raadplegen.
Symptoms: Kan gastro-intestinale irritatie, misselijkheid, diarree en braken veroorzaken.
