Emergency First Aid Measures
Critical first aid procedures for chemical exposure incidents and medical emergencies
๐ซ Inhalation Exposure
If inhaled, remove to fresh air.
Symptoms:
Long term exposure to high concentrations of oil mist or vapors may cause lung damage.
๐๏ธ Skin Contact
Wash contaminated skin with soap and water.
Symptoms:
Prolonged or repeated contact can defat the skin and lead to irritation, cracking and/or dermatitis. High pressure skin injections are serious medical emergencies. Injury will not appear serious at first. Within a few hours, tissue will become swollen, discoloured and extremely painful.
๐๏ธ Eye Contact
In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
Symptoms:
May cause slight transient irritation. ( redness )
๐ฝ๏ธ Ingestion/Swallowing
Get medical attention. Do not induce vomiting.
Symptoms:
Ingestion may cause gastrointestinal irritation and diarrhoea.
๐จ Immediate Medical Attention Required
Get medical attention. High pressure skin injections are serious medical emergencies.
Medical Treatment
Treat symptomatically.
