Bilingual (NL/FR) Account Executive to own the full sales cycle across Belgium and Luxembourg, taking the Flanders motion off the founders' hands.

We are looking for a bilingual (Dutch and French) Account Executive to own the full Belgium and Luxembourg sales cycle. You will close, grow accounts, and answer to no one but the founders.
Companies that handle chemicals carry a heavy compliance load. Every chemical product comes with a Safety Data Sheet, the document that sets out what is in it and how to handle it safely, and a typical company has thousands of them to keep accurate as regulations change. Most teams still manage this with spreadsheets and outside consultants, and many still fail audits.
NextSDS removes that burden. Clients send in their safety data sheets, and the platform organises them, keeps them current against the regulations that apply, flags restricted substances and regulatory changes, and produces the safety and risk documentation that used to be prepared by hand. Our buyers are HSE and regulatory teams who deal with this every week, which makes the sale consultative and technical, built on long-term relationships rather than pressure.
We are a seed-stage company in Ghent, founded in 2024, backed by KBC Start it and imec.istart, and we recently closed a €1M round to fund our growth. This is not a standing start. The founders have built and still run a fully instrumented sales pipeline, the company ranks strongly in its active markets, and international inbound is already coming in. We are hiring our first dedicated salesperson because the Flanders motion is now well established, no one on the team sells in French, and the founders need to turn to international and expansion revenue.
You own the closing end of an established pipeline: the discovery, demo, negotiation and close calls, converting the qualified opportunities it generates across Flanders, Brussels, Wallonia and Luxembourg, in both Dutch and French.
You take the Flanders motion off the founders’ hands, and you grow existing accounts through real discovery, expanding their value over time. You help refine the pipeline rather than rebuild it, work closely with Fritz on approach and pricing, and bring client insight back to the product team.
Our sales cycle runs four to six months and rests on real discovery. The deals that close are the ones where you have spent the time understanding how an HSE manager plans their week.
