Conseiller en prévention freelance

About the role

We’re looking for a qualified Conseiller en prévention with a focus on chemical agents (agents chimiques) to join our freelance network in France. You’ll help NextSDS clients assess chemical risks, maintain compliance, and manage hazardous substances safely.

What you’ll do

• Conduct risk evaluations for chemical agents as part of the DUERP
• Review and validate Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for CLP and REACH compliance
• Advise on occupational exposure limits, CMR substances, and safe handling procedures
• Support compliance with the Code du travail and related chemical agent regulations
• Collaborate with the NextSDS team to deliver data-driven safety insights

What we’re looking for

• A qualified Conseiller en prévention, Préventeur, or equivalent HSE professional
• Strong knowledge of French regulations on chemical agents (Code du travail, DUERP, VLEP)
• Hands-on experience with REACH, CLP, and SDS management
• Excellent communication skills in French
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements
