First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Betroffene Personen an die frische Luft bringen; Auxiloson-Spray inhalieren lassen; ggf. künstliche Beatmung. (Bei Atemnot Sauerstoffinhalation)
Haut oder Schleimhäute mit viel Wasser spülen; Calcium-Gluconat-Gel mit sauberen Händen auf betroffenen Bereich auftragen und einmassieren bis zur lokalen Schmerzfreiheit und 15 Minuten darüber hinaus. Alternativ : Auflegen eines nassen Umschlages mit 20%iger Calciumgluconatlösung mit 10 ml Inhalt: z.B. Calcium-Sandoz). Großflächige Verätzungen:Nach Entfernung der Kleidung sofort Vollbad in einer mind. 1%igen Ca-gluconatlösung nehmen; auch bei scheinbar geringfügigen Verätzungen durch Flußsäure ist immer eine Vorstellung beim Arzt erforderlich!
Betroffene Auge ausgiebig und langanhaltend (10-15 Min.) mit Wasser spülen; Augenarzt aufsuchen.
Reichlich Wasser (ggf. 1%ige Calciumgluconatlösung) in kleinen Schlucken trinken lassen; Erbrechen nicht anregen; Ärztliche Behandlung.
Immediate Medical Attention
Auch bei scheinbar geringfügigen Verätzungen durch Flußsäure ist immer eine Vorstellung beim Arzt erforderlich!
