First Aid Measures

Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Inhalation

Not expected to require first aid measures. If experiencing respiratory symptoms: Allow affected person to breathe fresh air.

Skin contact

Wash skin with mild soap and water.

Symptoms: Not expected to present a significant skin hazard.

Eye contact

In case of eye contact, immediately rinse with clean water for 10-15 minutes. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.

Symptoms: May cause severe irritation. Redness.

Ingestion

Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Drink some water or milk (1/4 litre). Eat something fat (like coffee cream, butter, mayonnaise, etc.). Seek medical advice immediately and show this container or label.

Symptoms: May cause irritation of the linings of the mouth, throat, and gastrointestinal tract.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: To ensure safe use the following needs to be taken into account to choose suitable protective gloves: - The simultaneous use of other chemical products; - Necessary protection against physical hazards like cutting, piercing or thermal hazards; and - Instructions and/or specifications supplied by the glove manufacturer.
