Handling and Storage

Safe handling precautions, storage conditions, and workplace requirements

Handling

Avoid spilling, skin and eye contact.

Storage

Store in cool place. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.

08

Exposure Controls / PPE

Occupational exposure limits, engineering controls, and protective equipment

Engineering

Provide adequate general and local exhaust ventilation.

Hands

Use protective gloves. The most suitable glove should be chosen in consultation with the gloves supplier, who can inform about the breakthrough time of the glove material.

Eyes

Wear approved, tight-fitting safety glasses where splashing is probable.

Respiratory

Self-contained breathing apparatus where high vapour levels are likely.

Skin/Body

Promptly remove any clothing that becomes contaminated. Wash promptly with soap & water if skin becomes contaminated.
