First Aid Measures

Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Skin contact

Rinse immediately with plenty of water.

Symptoms: Not expected to present a significant skin hazard.

Eye contact

Rinse immediately and for at least 15 minutes with copious amounts of water (also assure adequate flushing under the eyelids and if possible after having removed contact lenses).

Symptoms: Irritation to eyes. Risk of serious damage to eyes.

Ingestion

Wash out mouth and do not induce vomiting! Let the victim drink 2 glasses of water on his own.

Symptoms: Vomiting. Abdominal pain. Nausea.

Immediate Medical Attention

Bring the victim to an ophthalmist. Seek medical attention. Seek medical advice.

Medical Treatment

No specific recommendations.
