First Aid Measures

Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Inhalation

Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.

Symptoms: May cause drowsiness or dizziness. Harmful if inhaled.

Skin contact

Wash with soapy water.

Eye contact

Rinse immediately and thoroughly, pulling the eyelids well away from the eye (15 minutes minimum). Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.

Symptoms: Causes serious eye irritation.

Ingestion

Do NOT induce vomiting. Rinse mouth.
