Rinse with water. Soap may be used.
Rinse with water. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
Symptoms: Slight irritation.
Rinse mouth with water. Immediately after ingestion: give lots of water to drink.
Symptoms: Nausea. Vomiting. Diarrhoea. AFTER INGESTION OF HIGH QUANTITIES: Headache. Dehydration. Disturbances of heart rate. Change in the haemogramme/blood composition. Decreased renal function.
Immediate Medical Attention
Depending on the victim's condition: doctor/hospital. Respiratory problems: consult a doctor/medical service. Take victim to a doctor if irritation persists. Take victim to an ophthalmologist if irritation persists. Call Poison Information Centre (www.who.int/ipcs/poisons/centre/directory/en). Consult a doctor/medical service if you feel unwell. Ingestion of large quantities: immediately to hospital.
