First Aid Measures

Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Inhalation

If breathing is irregular or stopped, administer artificial respiration.

Skin contact

Immediately take off all contaminated clothing. Areas of the body that have - or are only even suspected of having - come into contact with the product must be rinsed immediately with plenty of running water and possibly with soap. Wash thoroughly the body (shower or bath). Remove contaminated clothing immediately and dispose off safely.

Eye contact

In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

Ingestion

Do NOT induce vomiting.

Immediate Medical Attention

In case of contact with eyes, seek medical advice. In case of inhalation, consult a doctor immediately and show him packing or label.

05

Firefighting Measures

Extinguishing media, specific hazards, and firefighter protection

Suitable media

Carbon dioxide ( CO2), Sprayed(Pulverized) water or fog of water, Foam, Multi-purpose(Versatile) powders ABC. In case of fire: use some dry chemical powder, the CO2, the sprayed(pulverized) water or the foam(moss) for the extinction.

Specific hazards

Do not inhale explosion and combustion gases. Burning produces heavy smoke.

Instructions

Move undamaged containers from immediate hazard area if it can be done safely.

Firefighter Protection

Use suitable breathing apparatus.

06

Accidental Release Measures

Spill cleanup procedures, containment, and environmental protection

Emergency procedures

Wear personal protection equipment. Remove all sources of ignition. Wear breathing apparatus if exposed to vapours/dusts/aerosols. Provide adequate ventilation. Use appropriate respiratory protection. See protective measures under point 7 and 8.

Environmental

Do not allow to enter into soil/subsoil. Do not allow to enter into surface water or drains. Retain contaminated washing water and dispose it.

Cleanup methods

Wash with plenty of water.
