Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Het slachtoffer in de frisse lucht brengen en laten rusten in een houding die het ademen vergemakkelijkt. Bij onwel voelen een arts raadplegen.
Symptoms: Inademing kan irritatie veroorzaken (hoest, kortademigheid, ademhalingsmoeilijkheden).
Verontreinigde kleding uittrekken. Met veel water/ ... wassen. Bij huidirritatie of uitslag: een arts raadplegen.
Symptoms: Kan huidirritatie / dermatitis veroorzaken.
BIJ CONTACT MET DE OGEN: voorzichtig afspoelen met water gedurende een aantal minuten; contactlenzen verwijderen, indien mogelijk; blijven spoelen. Bij aanhoudende oogirritatie: een arts raadplegen.
Symptoms: Kan oogirritatie veroorzaken.
Mond met water spoelen. GEEN braken opwekken. Bij onwel voelen een arts raadplegen. Indien de patiënt bij volle bewustzijn is, veel water laten drinken. Iemand die bewusteloos is nooit iets te drinken geven.
Symptoms: Buikpijn, misselijkheid.
Immediate Medical Attention
Symptomatische behandeling. Gedurende ten minste 48 uur onder medisch toezicht plaatsen.
