First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Breng het slachtoffer in de frisse lucht. Bij ademhalingsproblemen: arts/medische dienst raadplegen.
Symptoms: Droge keel/keelpijn. Hoesten. Irritatie luchtwegen. Neusslijmvliesirritatie. BIJ BLOOTSTELLING AAN HOGE CONCENTRATIES: Corrosie bovenste luchtwegen. Kans op spasme/oedeem van het strottenhoofd. Kans op longontsteking. Ademhalingsmoeilijkheden. VOLGENDE SYMPTOMEN KUNNEN VERTRAAGD OPTREDEN: Kans op longoedeem.
Onmiddellijk 15 min. met veel water spoelen of douchen. Geen (chemisch) neutralisatiemiddel gebruiken. Kleding verwijderen tijdens spoelen. Indien kleding vastzit aan de huid: niet verwijderen. Wonden steriel afdekken. Arts/medische dienst raadplegen. Indien verbrand oppervlak > 10 %: slachtoffer naar ziekenhuis brengen.
Symptoms: Blaarvorming. Etswonden/corrosie van de huid. Weefselvernietiging.
Onmiddellijk 15 min. met veel water spoelen. Slachtoffer naar oogarts brengen. Geen neutralisatiemiddel gebruiken.
Symptoms: Corrosie van het oogweefsel. Blijvend oogletsel.
Mond spoelen met water. Zo vlug mogelijk na inname: veel water laten drinken. Niet laten braken. Geen medicinale houtskool toedienen. Onmiddellijk arts/medische dienst raadplegen. Geen chemisch tegengif toedienen.
Symptoms: Slikstoornissen. Perforatie slokdarm mogelijk. Brandwonden maag-darmslijmvliezen. Bloedingen maag-darmkanaal. Bloederige stoelgang. Bloederig braaksel. Shock.
Immediate Medical Attention
Onmiddellijk arts/medische dienst raadplegen.
