First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Het slachtoffer frisse lucht laten inademen. Het slachtoffer warm houden en naar een rustige plek brengen. Onmiddellijk een arts raadplegen.
Symptoms: Hoest, Niezen, Onbehaaglijk gevoel in de borst, Tachycardie, Hypotonie, Misselijkheid, Buikpijn, Diarree, Braken, Duizeligheid, Troebel zicht, Hoofdpijn, Anorexia, Somnolentie, Coma, Stuiptrekkingen, Sidderingen, Prostratie, Hyperreactie van de luchtwegen, Longoedeem, Hartkloppingen, fasciculatie, Apathie.
Spoel de huid overvloedig met water of neem een douche gedurende 15 minuten. Verwijder ondertussen verontreinigde kledij en schoenen. Onmiddellijk 15 minuten met veel water spoelen.
Symptoms: Irritatie van huid.
De ogen open houden en traag en voorzichtig spoelen met water gedurende 15 tot 20 minuten. Indien nodig, na de eerste vijf minuten contactlenzen verwijderen en het oog blijven spoelen. Kalmerende oogdruppels, eventueel verdovende oogdruppels toedienen. Indien de irritatie aanhoudt, een oogarts raadplegen.
Symptoms: Kan bij huid- en oog-contact mogelijk ernstige paresthesie veroorzaken. Dit effect is van voorbijgaande aard en meestal binnen 24 uur verdwenen. Irritatie van huid, ogen en slijmvlies.
Mond met water spoelen. GEEN braken opwekken. Onmiddellijk een arts raadplegen. Toon het etiket, de verpakking of de bijsluiter.
Symptoms: Onbehaaglijk gevoel in de borst, Tachycardie, Hypotonie, Misselijkheid, Buikpijn, Diarree, Braken.
Immediate Medical Attention
Systemische behandeling: Behandel symptomatisch. Bewaken: ademhaling en hartfunctie. Alleen binnen 2 uur na opname van een grote hoeveelheid door de mond een maagspoeling doorvoeren.
Medical Treatment
Toedienen van actief kool (norit) met natriumsulfaat aanbevolen. Indien nodig zuurstof of kunstmatige ademhaling. Bij krampen een benzodiapezine (bijv. diazepam) in standaard doseringen geven. Als dit niet werkzaam is, phenobarbital geven.
