Gebruik een algemene verdunningsventilatie en/of plaatselijke afzuiging om de luchtconcentratie onder de relevante blootstellingslimieten te houden en/of de controle te bewaren over stof / rook / gas / nevel / damp of spuitnevel. Indien ventilatie onvoldoende is, gebruik ademhalingsbescherming.
Aanbevolen wordt handschoenen te gebruiken, gemaakt van volgende materialen: Neopreen, Nitrilrubber. Selecteer handschoenen en/of beschermende kleding die goedgekeurd zijn volgens lokale eisen en gekozen op basis van de resultaten van de blootstellinganalyse, rekening houdend met gebruiksfactoren zoals blootstellingsniveaus, concentratie, frequentie en duur van gebruik, fysieke uitdagingen zoals extreme temperaturen, en andere voorwaarden.
Selecteer en gebruik oog-, gezichtsbescheming op basis van de resultaten van een blootstellingsanalyse. De volgende typen oog-, gezichtsbescheming worden aanbevolen: Ruimzichtbril met indirecte ventilatie.
Een blootstellinganalyse kan nodig zijn om te beslissen of een gasmasker nodig is. Als een gasmasker nodig is, gebruik deze dan als onderdeel van een volledige ademhalingbeschermingsprogramma. Selecteer, op basis van de resultaten van de blootstellingsanalyse, een van de volgende gasmaskertypen om blootstelling door inhalatie te verminderen: Half/volgelaatsmasker met verseluchtsysteem.
