First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Voorkom inademing van damp of nevel. In de frisse lucht brengen na onopzettelijk inademen van dampen. Bij onregelmatige ademhaling of ademstilstand kunstmatige beademing toepassen. Bij bewusteloosheid de patiënt in stabiele zijligging leggen en medische hulp inroepen Indien symptomen aanhouden, een arts raadplegen.
Geen oplosmiddelen of verdunners gebruiken! Verontreinigde kleding onmiddellijk uittrekken.
Contactlenzen uitnemen. Oogleden openhouden en minstens 15 minuten met veel water spoelen. Medische hulp inroepen.
In geval van inslikken onmiddellijk een arts raadplegen en verpakking of etiket tonen. GEEN braken opwekken. Rustig houden.
Immediate Medical Attention
Bij bewusteloosheid de patiënt in stabiele zijligging leggen en medische hulp inroepen.

Zorg voor voldoende luchtverversing. Dit kan bereikt worden door goede algemene afzuiging of, waar praktisch uitvoerbaar, plaatselijke afzuigventilatie. Als deze maatregelen niet voldoende blijken om de stofconcentratie en oplosmiddelconcentratie beneden de MAC waarde te houden moet geschikte adembescherming worden gedragen. Masker met gasfilter, type A (EN 141)
De doordringingtijd van de handschoenen voor de stof zelf is onbekend. Het omschreven materiaal voor de handschoenen wordt aanbevolen op basis van de bestanddelen van het preparaat. De beschermende handschoen moet in alle gevallen worden gecontroleerd op werkplaatsspecifieke geschiktheid (bijvoorbeeld mechanische bestendigheid, productcompatibiliteit, antistatische eigenschappen). Voor de bescherming bij gebruik volgens de voorschriften (bijvoorbeeld voor bescherming bij spuiten) moet een beschermende nitrilhandschoen van de chemicaliënbestendigheidsgroep 3 (bijvoorbeeld een Dermatril®-handschoen) worden gebruikt. Na verontreiniging moet de handschoen worden verwisseld. Als het onderdompelen van de handen in het product niet te voorkomen is (bijvoorbeeld bij onderhoud of reparatie), moet een butyl- of fluorrubber handschoen worden gedragen. Na ontvangst van de handschoen van de fabrikant moet de informatie over de penetratietijd van de stoffen die in hoofdstuk 3 van dit veiligheidsinformatieblad zijn vermeld, worden geraadpleegd. Bij gebruik van voorwerpen met scherpe kanten is het mogelijk dat handschoenen worden beschadigd en zodoende niet langer doeltreffend zijn. Aanwijzingen en informatie van de handschoenfabrikant opvolgen wat het gebruik, de opslag, het onderhoud en het verwisselen van de handschoenen betreft. De beschermende handschoenen moeten bij beschadiging of de eerste tekenen van slijtage meteen worden vervangen.
Ter bescherming van spatten van het oplosmiddel veiligheidsbril dragen.
Als deze maatregelen niet voldoende blijken om de stofconcentratie en oplosmiddelconcentratie beneden de MAC waarde te houden moet geschikte adembescherming worden gedragen. Masker met gasfilter, type A (EN 141). Indien personeel wordt blootgesteld aan een niveau boven het maximum, dan moeten zij gebruik maken van de juiste, goedgekeurde ademhalingsbescherming.
Draag geschikte beschermende kleding. Antistatische kleding uit natuurlijke vezels (katoen) of synthetische vezels dragen die bestand is tegen hitte.
