First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
In de frisse lucht plaatsen. Raadpleeg een arts als de symptomen zich ontwikkelen of aanhouden.
Met zeep en water wassen. Wanneer irritatie ontstaat en aanhoudt, dient u medische hulp in te roepen.
Spoel de ogen onmiddellijk met veel water, gedurende minstens 15 minuten. Eventuele contactlenzen verwijderen, indien dit gemakkelijk kan gebeuren. Blijven spoelen. Bij aanhoudende oogirritatie: een arts raadplegen.
De mond spoelen. Zoek medische hulp als de symptomen optreden. Indien een grote hoeveelheid werd ingeslikt, onmiddellijk het Nationaal Vergiftigingen Informatie Centrum bellen.
Medical Treatment
Zorg voor algemene ondersteunende maatregelen en behandel symptomatisch. Houd slachtoffer onder observatie. De symptomen kunnen met vertraging optreden.

Toepasselijke chemisch-resistente handschoenen dragen. (EN374) Veiligheidshandschoenen gebruiken, gemaakt van: Neopreen. Chloropreen Nitril. Min .: 0,65 mm. Camapren® 720 of Nitopren® 717. Neem de voorschriften in acht over doorlaatbaarheid en doordrenkingstijd, zoals aangeleverd door de leverancier van de handschoenen.
Draag een veiligheidsbril met zij-afscherming (of een veiligheidsbril die geheel op het gezicht aansluit). Bij kans op spatten, draag: Veiligheidsstofbrillen
Bij ontoereikende ventilatie een geschikte adembescherming dragen. Bij blootstelling aan concentraties boven de MAC waarde moet toereikende goedgekeurde adembescherming worden gedragen.
Draag geschikte beschermende kleding. Normale werkkleding (overhemd met lange mouwen en lange broek) wordt aanbevolen.
Bij elk omvangrijk ongewild vrijkomen dient de manager voor veiligheid en milieu te worden ingelicht.
