Exposure Controls / PPE
Occupational exposure limits, engineering controls, and protective equipment
Draag geschikte handschoenen. Geschikt zijn volgens EN 374 beproefde handschoenen tegen chemicaliën. Er wordt aangeraden om in geval van speciale applicaties de chemische bestendigheid van de boven genoemde veiligheidshandschoenen samen met de leverancier van de handschoenen na te gaan. De tijden zijn geschatte waarden van metingen bij 22 C en permanent contact. Verhoogde temperaturen als gevolg van verhitte stoffen, lichaamswarmte enz. En een vermindering van de effectieve laagdikte door rekken kan leiden tot een aanzienlijke verkorting van de doorbraaktijd. Neem in geval van twijfel contact op met de fabrikant. Bij een ongeveer 1,5 maal grotere / kleinere laagdikte wordt de respectieve doorbraaktijd verdubbeld / gehalveerd. De gegevens zijn alleen van toepassing op de zuivere stof. Bij overdracht op mengsels van stoffen mogen ze alleen als richtlijn worden beschouwd. soort materiaal NBR (Nitrilrubber) materiaaldikte >0,11 mm doorbraaktijd van het handschoenmateriaal >480 minuten (permeatieniveau: 6)

Adembescherming is noodzakelijk bij: Aerosol- of nevelvorming. Type: E (tegen zure gassen zoals zwaveldioxide of chloorwaterstof, kleurcode: geel). Normaal gesproken is geen persoonlijke adembescherming noodzakelijk.
Vermijden dat het product in afvoerkanalen, oppervlaktewater of grondwater terechtkomt.
