First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Verse lucht toedienen. Betreffende persoon in rusttoestand brengen en warm houden. Bij onregelmatige ademhaling of ademstilstand kunstmatige beademing toepassen. Bij bewusteloosheid stabiele zijligging toepassen en medische advies inwinnen.
Verontreinigde kleding onmiddellijk uittrekken. De huid grondig wassen met water en zeep of een erkende huidreiniger.
Oogleden openhouden en minstens 10 minuten lang rijkelijk met zuiver, vloeiend water spoelen. Contactlenzen uitdoen. Medisch advies inwinnen.
Bij inslikken direkt arts raadplegen. Het slachtoffer laten rusten.
Immediate Medical Attention
Bij een ongeval of indien men zich onwel voelt onmiddellijk een arts raadplegen (indien mogelijk het etiket tonen). Dit veiligheidsinformatieblad aan de dienstdoende arts tonen.

Ventilatie aanwezig zijn voor spuitdeeltjes en oplosmiddeldampen in spuitcabines.
Bij langer of herhaaldelijk contact chemicaliënbestendige handschoenen gebruiken, zoals aangegeven in standaard EN 374: Beschermende handschoenen tegen chemicaliën en micro-organismen. Aanbevolen handschoenen: Viton (R) met een minimale doorbreektijd van 480 minuten. Indien langdurig en regelmatig contact voorkomt, een handschoen met een beschermingsklasse 6 (doorbreektijd meer dan 480 minuten volgens EN 374) is aanbevolen. Als slechts een kort contact verwacht wordt, een handschoen met een beschermingsklasse 2 of hoger (doorbreektijd groter dan 30 minuten volgens EN 374) is aanbevolen.
Het dragen van een chemicaliënbestendige afsluitende beschermingsbril is verplicht.
Indien werknemers zich in een spuitcabine bevinden, dient ventilatie aanwezig te zijn voor eventuele spuitdeeltjes en oplosmiddeldampen. In deze omstandigheden dienen zij een verse-lucht kap te dragen tijdens het spuitproces tot het moment dat de concentratie is gedaald tot beneden de MAC-waarde. Gebruik een P2A2-halfgelaatscombimasker.
Het personeel dient beschermende kleding te dragen. Werkkleding dient niet uit textiel te bestaan, dat in geval van brand een gevaarlijk smeltgedrag vertoont. Het dragen van antistatische schoenen is verplicht.
