First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
In frisse lucht laten ademen. Rust. Indien men zich onwel voelt, een arts raadplegen.
Afspoelen met veel water. Of neem een douche gedurende 15 minuten. Besmette kleding en schoenen uittrekken. Medische hulp inroepen indien zich een ongewenste uitwerking ontwikkelt.
In geval van oogcontact, onmiddellijk spoelen met zuiver water gedurende 10-15 minuten. Spoel WEG van het niet-aangetaste oog. Bij contactlenzen: zo makkelijk te verwijderen, verwijder eerst de lenzen, spoel daarna. Medische hulp inroepen.
De mond spoelen. Onmiddellijk een arts raadplegen.
Immediate Medical Attention
Indien men zich onwel voelt, een arts raadplegen (inademing). Medische hulp inroepen indien zich een ongewenste uitwerking ontwikkelt (huidcontact). Medische hulp inroepen (oogcontact). Onmiddellijk een arts raadplegen (inslikken). Raadpleeg het Antigifcentrum, in het bijzonder bij actieve bloeding.
Medical Treatment
Antidote (vit. K1) onder medisch toezicht toedienen. In het geval van zware vergiftiging: bloedtransfusie. Indien INR hoger is dan 4, vitamine K1 (fytomenadion) toedienen, 5-10 mg (100 g/kg lichaamsgewicht bij kinderen) via trage intraveneuze injectie. Behandeling met vit. K1 (oraal of intraveneus) kan enkele weken noodzakelijk zijn.
