First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Bij onwel voelen een arts raadplegen.
Symptoms: Geen bekende effecten of symptomen bij normaal gebruik.
Was de huid met lauw, zacht stromend water gedurende minstens 30 minuten. Verontreinigde kleding onmiddellijk uittrekken en wassen alvorens deze opnieuw te gebruiken. Onmiddellijk een ANTIGIFCENTRUM (B) of een arts (NL) raadplegen.
Symptoms: Veroorzaakt ernstige brandwonden.
Oogleden open houden en ogen spoelen met veel lauw water, gedurende minstens 15 minuten. Contactlenzen verwijderen, indien mogelijk. Blijven spoelen. Onmiddellijk een ANTIGIFCENTRUM (B) of een arts (NL) raadplegen.
Symptoms: Veroorzaakt ernstige of blijvende schade.
De mond spoelen. Drink onmiddellijk 1 glas water. Bij een bewusteloos persoon nooit iets via de mond toedienen. GEEN braken opwekken. Rustig houden. Onmiddellijk een ANTIGIFCENTRUM (B) of een arts (NL) raadplegen.
Symptoms: Bij het slikken sterk bijtende effecten in de mondholte en de keel, bovendien gevaar voor perforatie van de slokdarm en de maag.
Immediate Medical Attention
Bij bewusteloosheid medische hulp inroepen. Onmiddellijk een ANTIGIFCENTRUM (B) of een arts (NL) raadplegen bij aanraking met de huid, aanraking met de ogen, en inslikken.

Houd rekening met specifieke lokale gebruiksomstandigheden, zoals risico van spatten, snijden, contact tijd en temperatuur. Voorgestelde handschoenen voor langdurig contact: Materiaal: butylrubber Doorbraaktijd: 480 min Materiaaldikte: 0.7 mm. Voorgestelde handschoenen voor bescherming tegen spatten: Materiaal: nitrilrubber Doorbraaktijd: 30 min Materiaaldikte: 0.4 mm. In overleg met de leverancier van beschermende handschoenen kan een ander type gekozen worden, die vergelijkbare bescherming geeft.
(nauwsluitende) Veiligheidsbril (EN 166). Het gebruik van een gelaatsbeschermend schild of andere gelaatsbescherming wordt sterk aanbevolen bij het hanteren van open containers of als spatten kunnen optreden.
Indien blootstelling aan vloeistof deeltjes of spatten niet kan worden vermeden, gebruik: halfmasker (RN 140) met deeltjes filter P2 (EN 143) of vol gelaatsmasker (EN 136) met deeltjes filter P1 (EN 143) Houd rekening met specifieke lokale gebruiksomstandigheden. In overleg met de leverancier van ademhalingsbeschermingsmiddelen kan een ander type gekozen worden, die vergelijkbare bescherming geeft. Specifieke toepassingshulpmiddelen zijn mogelijk beschikbaar om blootstelling te beperken. Raadpleeg het productinformatieblad voor de mogelijkheden. Technische maatregelen toepassen om te voldoen aan de grenswaarden voor beroepsmatige blootstelling, indien beschikbaar.
Bij normaal gebruik zijn geen speciale maatregelen nodig. Chemisch bestendige kleding en laarzen dragen als directe blootstelling aan de huid en/of spatten kunnen optreden (EN 14605).
Mag niet onverdund of niet geneutraliseerd in oppervlaktewater of in afwateringskanaal geloosd worden.
