First Aid Measures

Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Inhalation

Het slachtoffer in de frisse lucht brengen. Slachtoffer rustig houden, in halfzittende houding. Als het slachtoffer niet of onregelmatig ademt, kunstmatige beademing toepassen. Onmiddellijk een arts raadplegen.

Skin contact

Verontreinigde kledij uittrekken. Huid onmiddellijk spoelen met veel water. (ev. douchen). Onmiddellijk een arts raadplegen.

Eye contact

Onmiddellijk grondig en langdurig (minstens 15 min.) spoelen met veel water. Contactlenzen verwijderen na enige tijd spoelen. Oogarts consulteren. Oog blijven spoelen of druppelen tijdens vervoer.

Ingestion

NIET LATEN BRAKEN. De mond spoelen met water. Slachtoffer veel water laten drinken. Slachtoffer ONMIDDELLIJK naar het ziekenhuis brengen.

Immediate Medical Attention

Onmiddellijk een arts raadplegen. Slachtoffer ONMIDDELLIJK naar het ziekenhuis brengen.

Medical Treatment

Voor specialistisch advies dient de arts contact op te nemen met het NVCI of het Belgisch Antigifcentrum.

Schuim, Koolstofdioxide (CO2), Verneveld water.

Unsuitable media

Sterke waterstraal.

Specific hazards

Bij brand kunnen giftige en bijtende dampen vrijkomen.

Instructions

Gebruik (verneveld) water om de naburige verpakkingen en constructies af te koelen.

Firefighter Protection

In de onmiddellijke nabijheid van het vuur een onafhankelijk ademhalingstoestel en beschermende kledij dragen.

Emergency procedures

Handling and Storage

Safe handling precautions, storage conditions, and workplace requirements

Handling

Vermijd inademing van de dampen en aanraking met de ogen, de huid en de kledij. Draag geschikte, persoonlijke veiligheidsuitrusting. (Zie rubriek 8) Vermijd opwarming, spatten en dampvorming bij leegmaken, overgieten, verdunnen of oplossen van het product. Bij verdunnen altijd de basische oplossing bij water voegen, nooit andersom. Bij oplossen of verdunnen in water is er kans op warmte-ontwikkeling en nevelvorming.

Storage

Uitsluitend in de oorspronkelijke verpakking bewaren op een koele en goed geventileerde plaats. Alle gevaarlijke producten dienen op een lekbak geplaatst of ingekuipt te worden.

Hygiene

Niet eten, drinken, of roken tijdens gebruik.

Stability and Reactivity

Stabiel bij normale omstandigheden.

Reactivity

Reageert sterk met: Halogeenkoolwaterstoffen, Nitroverbindingen, Ammoniumzouten, Zuren, Water.

Hazardous reactions

Exotherme reactie met Water. Bij contact met metalen stoffen kan ontvlambaar waterstofgas gevormd worden. Kans op brand en explosie! Reageert met Ammoniumzouten -> Vorming van: Ammoniak.
