Interflon Fin Food Grease 2 is opgenomen in de lijst door de NSF conform DIN V 10517 voor gebruik in toepassingen met incidenteel voedselcontact (NSF-H1) met registratienummer 123822. Alle gebruikte grondstoffen voldoen aan de eisen voor gebruik bij incidenteel voedselcontact, gesteld door de FDA en de Franse CODEX. Het is onder de naam Fin Grease Codex door de "Commonwealth Department of Primary Industries and Energy" toegestaan voor de smering van apparatuur voor vlees en vleesverwerking waarbij incidenteel voedselcontact mogelijk is (ref. T89/1887).
