Inhalation Exposure
Frisse lucht, bij aanhoudende klachten arts consulteren.
Symptoms:
Irritatie, hoesten, kortademig, benauwde borstkas.
Skin Contact
De verlijmde huid niet van elkaar trekken. U kan ze voorzichtig losmaken met een stomp voorwerp zoals een lepel, bij voorkeur na weken in een warm sopje. Cyanoacrylaten geven warmte af bij uitharden. In zeldzame gevallen kan een grote druppel voldoende wamte genereren om een brandwonde te veroorzaken. Brandwonden moeten normaal behandeld worden nadat de lijm verwijderd werd van de huid. Als de lippen per ongeluk aan elkaar gelijmd worden, bevochtig dan met warm water de lippen en stimuleer maximale benatting en druk door speeksel in de mond. Pel of rol lippen van elkaar. Tracht niet de lippen van elkaar te krijgen door ze in tegenstelde richting uit elkaar te trekken.
Symptoms:
Roodheid, ontsteking.
Eye Contact
Als het oog dichtgekleefd zit kan u de wimpers losmaken met warm water door ze met een vochtig wattenschijfje te deppen. Cyanaocrylaat verbindt zich met het protene van het oog en veroorzaakt een traanreactie die de verkleving helpt opheffen. Houd het oog bedekt tot de lijm loskomt, meestal binnen 1 tot 3 dagen. Het oog niet open dwingen. Haal er medische hulp bij indien vaste deeltjes cyanoacrylaat achter het ooglid zitten die het oog krassen.
Symptoms:
Irritatie, bindvliesontsteking.
Ingestion/Swallowing
Zorg dat de ademhalingswegen vrij zijn. Speeksel maakt het verharde product los van de mond (na verschillende uren).
Symptoms:
Het product polymeriseert onmiddellijk in de mond, waardoor slikken haast onmogelijk wordt.
Immediate Medical Attention Required
Bij aanhoudende klachten na inademen arts consulteren. Haal er medische hulp bij indien vaste deeltjes cyanoacrylaat achter het ooglid zitten die het oog krassen.

The data is based on literature data and information from glove manufacturers or derived by analogy from similar substances. It should be noted that the actual service life of a chemical glove in practice may be significantly shorter than the permeation time calculated according to EN 374 due to many influencing factors (e.g., temperature). Gloves must be replaced if signs of wear appear. Do not use PVC, rubber, or nylon gloves. Note: in practice, the lifespan of chemical-resistant gloves can be significantly reduced by many factors (e.g., temperature). An appropriate risk analysis must be carried out by the end-user. If signs of wear or damage occur, the gloves must be replaced.
Eye Protection
Safety glasses with side protection must be worn if there is a risk of splashes. Eye protection must comply with EN 166.
Respiratory Protection
Ensure adequate ventilation. An approved mask or breathing apparatus with a cartridge for organic vapors must be worn if the product is used in a poorly ventilated area. Filter type: A (EN 14387).
Skin/Body Protection
Wear suitable protective clothing. Protective clothing must comply with EN 14605 for liquid splashes and with EN 13982 for dust.
