Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Verwijder patiënt van blootstelling ervoor zorgend dat uw eigen veiligheid niet in gevaar gebracht wordt.
Symptoms: Er kan zich congestie van de longen voordoen, waardoor de patiënt aan ernstige kortademigheid kan lijden. Blootstelling kan hoesten of hijgen tot gevolg hebben.
Onmiddellijk wassen met veel zeep en water.
Symptoms: Op de plek waar het contact plaats vond kan zich milde irritatie voordoen.
Het oog gedurende 15 minuten met stromend water bespoelen.
Symptoms: Er kunnen zich irritatie en roodheid voordoen.
Niet laten braken. Indien de patiënt bij het bewustzijn is dient men hem/haar onmiddellijk een halve liter water te laten drinken. Zo spoedig mogelijk naar ziekenhuis brengen.
Symptoms: Er kunnen zich misselijkheid en maagpijn voordoen. Er kan zich braken voordoen. De patiënt kan kortademig worden als gevolg van congestie van de longen. Er kunnen zich convulsies voordoen.
Immediate Medical Attention
Zo spoedig mogelijk naar ziekenhuis brengen.
