First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Breng het slachtoffer in de frisse lucht. Bij ademhalingsproblemen: arts/medische dienst raadplegen.
Symptoms: BIJ BLOOTSTELLING AAN HOGE CONCENTRATIES: Droge keel/keelpijn. Hoesten. Irritatie luchtwegen. Neusslijmvliesirritatie. Lopende neus. Kans op ontsteking van de luchtwegen. VOLGENDE SYMPTOMEN KUNNEN VERTRAAGD OPTREDEN: Kans op longoedeem. Ademhalingsmoeilijkheden. Kans op longontsteking.
Moeilijk te verwijderen indien uitgehard. Afschuren met puimsteen, vijl of fijn schuurpapier. Wassen met water en zeep. Komt pas los van de huid na herhaald/langdurig wassen/weken. Losweken kan met plantaardige olie of water. Niet losweken met solventen. Indien het schuim nog niet is uitgehard: Niet spoelen met water. Afvegen met doek. Reinigen met aceton of PU-reiniger. Wassen met water en zeep. Hand- of huidverzorgingscreme aanbrengen. Slachtoffer naar arts brengen als irritatie aanhoudt.
Symptoms: Prikkeling/irritatie van de huid.
Onmiddellijk met veel water spoelen. Geen neutralisatiemiddel gebruiken. Slachtoffer naar oogarts brengen als irritatie aanhoudt.
Symptoms: Irritatie van het oogweefsel. Tranenvloed. Ontsteking oogbindvlies.
Mond spoelen met water. Zo vlug mogelijk na inname: veel water laten drinken. Niet laten braken. Indien men zich onwel voelt: medische dienst/arts raadplegen.
Symptoms: Misselijkheid. Buikpijn. Braken. Diarree.
