First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
breng het slachtoffer naar frisse lucht en leg hem in een positie zodat hij comfortabel kan ademen. Als de ademhaling is gestopt kunstmatig beademen.
Symptoms: Schadelijk bij inademing. Inademen van dampen in hoge koncentraties kan irritatie van de ademhalingsorganen veroorzaken.
Onmiddellijk afwassen met zeep en veel water en alle verontreinigde kleding en schoenen uittrekken. Verontreinigde kleding wassen alvorens deze opnieuw te gebruiken. Hogedrukwaterstralen kunnen huidwonden veroorzaken. Patient onmiddellijk naar een ziekenhuis brengen.
Symptoms: Gebaseerd op beschikbare gegevens; aan de indelingscriteria is niet voldaan. Kan een allergische reactie veroorzaken. Indien de producten onder hoge druk onder de huid worden genjecteerd, kan dit zeer ernstige gevolgen hebben, ook al is er geen symptoom of letsel waarneembaar.
Onmiddellijk spoelen met overvloedig water. Na de eerste spoeling eventueel contactlenzen verwijderen en doorgaan met spoelen gedurende minstens 15 minuten. Tijdens spoelen ogen goed open houden.

Reinig de mond met water. GEEN braken opwekken. Nooit een bewusteloos persoon laten drinken (of eten). Onmiddellijk een arts of gifinformatiecentrum waarschuwen.

Occupational exposure limits, engineering controls, and protective equipment
Pas technische maatregelen toe om te voldoen aan de beroepsmatige blootstellingslimieten. Voor geschikte ventilatie zorgen, vooral in gesloten ruimten. Bij werken in besloten ruimten (tanks, containers, enz.) moet gezorgd worden voor ademlucht en geschikte beschermingsmiddelen.
Koolwaterstofdichte handschoenen. Gefluorideerd rubber. Nitrilrubber. In geval van langdurig contact met het product wordt het aanbevolen handschoenen te dragen die overeenkomen met EN 420 en EN 374 standaarden die tenminste gedurende 480 minuten beschermen en tenminste een dikte hebben van tenminste 0,38 mm. Deze waarden zijn slechts ter indicatie. Het beschermingsniveau wordt verzorgd door het handschoenmateriaal, de technische karakteristieken, de weerstand tegen chemicalin waarmee gewerkt wordt, de juistheid van het gebruik en de vervangingsfrequentie. Neem de voorschriften in acht over doorlaatbaarheid en doordrenkingstijd, zoals aangeleverd door de leverancier van de handschoenen. Houd ook rekening met specifieke plaatselijke gebruiksomstandigheden, zoals gevaar voor insnijdingen, slijtage en aanrakingstijd.
Bij kans op spatten, draag:. Veiligheidsbril met zijkleppen. EN 166.
Geen bij normaal gebruik. Bij blootstelling aan concentraties boven de blootstellingslimiet moet toereikende, goedgekeurde adembescherming worden gedragen. Ademhalingsmasker met combifilter voor damp/stofdeeltjes (EN 14387). Type A/P2. Opgelet! De filters hebben een beperkte gebruikduur. Het gebruik van ademhalingsapparatuur moet plaatsvinden onder strikte opvolging van de instructies van de fabrikant en de voorschriften voor keuze en gebruik.
Draag geschikte beschermende kleding. Beschermende schoenen of laarzen. Kleding met lange mouwen. Type 4/6.
Het product mag niet wegvloeien in riool, waterstroom of bodem.
