Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Bij ongemak verwijder de blootgestelde persoon naar de frisse lucht. Blijf warm en rustig. Raadpleeg een arts als er symptomen optreden.
Symptoms: Inademing van damp / aerosolen kan leiden tot irritatie van de luchtwegen en veroorzaakt ontsteking van de luchtwegen en longoedeem. Symptomen kunnen optreden bij vertraging.
Onmiddellijk verwijderen van vervuilde of gespat kleding. Was de huid met zeep en water.
Symptoms: Veroorzaakt bijtende brandwonden. Met toenemende contactlengte kan lokale erytheem of extreme irritatie (wit worden) tot blaarvorming (bijtende brandwonden) optreden.
Overvloedig reinigen met proper en zacht water gedurende enkele minuten terwijl de oogleden geopend zijn. Indien er pijn, roodheid plekken of gezichtshinder optreden, een oogarts raadplegen.
Symptoms: Extreme irritatie tot cauterisatie. Kan ernstige conjunctivitis veroorzaken, cornea schade of onomkeerbare oogschade veroorzaken. Symptomen kunnen optreden bij vertraging.
Na inslikken van kleine hoeveelheden (niet meer dan een slok), de mond met water uitspoelen en een arts raadplegen. Rustig houden. Niet laten braken. Een arts raadplegen en hem het etiket laten zien.
Symptoms: Inslikken kan leiden tot bloedingen van de slijmvlies in de mond, slokdarm en maag. De snelle afgifte van zuurstof kan de verstoring en bloeding van de slijmvlies in de maag veroorzaken en leiden tot ernstige schade aan de inwendige organen, vooral bij grotere inname van het product.
