First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Onmiddellijk aan verdere blootstelling onttrekken. Onmiddellijk medische hulp vragen. Zuurstof toedienen, indien beschikbaar. Indien de ademhaling gestopt is, een beademingstoestel gebruiken.
De plaatsen waar contact geweest is met zeepsop wassen. Verontreinigde kledij uittrekken. De verontreinigde kledij wassen vooraleer ze opnieuw te dragen.
Symptoms: Jeuk, pijn, roodheid, gezwollen huid.
Met veel water spoelen. In geval van irritatie, medische hulp vragen.
Onmiddellijke medische hulp vragen. Getroffene niet doen braken.
Symptoms: Indien het product ingeslikt wordt, kan het bij verslikken in de longen terecht komen en een chemische longontsteking veroorzaken.
Immediate Medical Attention
Onmiddellijk medische hulp vragen bij inademing of inslikken. Medische hulp vragen in geval van oogirritatie.
Medical Treatment
De passende behandeling geven. Dit product, of een component, zou in verband kunnen gebracht worden met hartsensibilisering als gevolg van zeer hoge blootstellingen (ver boven de blootstellingslimieten) of met gelijktijdige blootstelling aan hoge belastingniveaus of hartstimulerende stoffen zoals epinefrine.

Een plaatselijke ventilatie moet voorzien worden. Explosievaste ventilatie-uitrusting gebruiken om onder de blootstellingsgrenzen te blijven.
Chemicaliënbestendige handschoenen worden aanbevolen. Nitrile, minimum 0.38 mm dikte of een materiaal met vergelijkbare beschermingsbarrière met een hoog prestatieniveau voor gebruiksomstandigheden met continu contact, doorbraaktijd minimum 480 minuten in overeenstemming met CEN normen EN 420 en EN 374.
Indien contact mogelijk is, wordt een veiligheidsbril met zijkapjes aanbevolen.
Indien de ingezette voorzorgsmaatregelen ontoereikend zijn om de concentratie verontreinigingen in de lucht op een voor de gezondheid van de werknemers aanvaardbaar peil te houden, kan het nodig zijn een goedgekeurd ademhalingstoestel te gebruiken. Keuze, gebruik en onderhoud van het toestel moeten in overeenstemming zijn met de wettelijke bepalingen, indien van toepassing. De soorten ademhalingstoestellen te overwegen voor dit product omvatten: Halfgelaatsmasker met gasfilter Type A filter materiaal., CEN normen EN 136, 140 en 405 verschaffen ademhalingsmaskers en EN 149 en 143 verschaffen aanbevelingen voor te gebruiken filters. In geval van hoge concentraties in de lucht, een goedgekeurd ademhalingstoestel met luchtaanvoer onder overdruk gebruiken. Ademhalingstoestellen met luchttoevoer en vluchtcilinder zijn aangewezen wanneer de zuurstofconcentratie ontoereikend is, de gas/damp waarschuwingsgegevens beperkt zijn, of wanneer de luchtfilter capaciteit/graad overschreden kan worden.
Chemicaliën- en oliebestendige kledij wordt aanbevolen.
Voldoen aan de toepasselijke milieuwetgevingen inzake de beperkingen op uitstoot naar lucht, water en grond. Bescherm het milieu door de geschikte beheersmaatregelen te nemen om emissies te voorkomen of te beperken.
