Inhalation Exposure
Het slachtoffer in frisse lucht brengen. Als het slachtoffer niet ademt, kunstmatige beademing toepassen. Geen mond-op-mond beademing toepassen als het slachtoffer de stof heeft ingeslikt of ingeademd; kunstmatige beademing toepassen met behulp van een masker dat is uitgerust met een nrichtingsventiel of een ander correct medisch beademingsapparaat. Onmiddellijke medische verzorging is vereist.
Symptoms:
Inademing van hoge dampconcentraties kan symptomen veroorzaken zoals hoofdpijn, duizeligheid, vermoeidheid, misselijkheid en braken: Kan methemoglobinemia veroorzaken: May cause decreases in blood pressure and other cardiac effects
Skin Contact
Onmiddellijk afspoelen met veel water gedurende minstens 15 minuten. Onmiddellijke medische verzorging is vereist.
Eye Contact
Onmiddellijk spoelen met veel water, ook onder de oogleden, gedurende minstens 15 minuten. Bij aanraking met de ogen onmiddellijk met overvloedig water afspoelen en deskundig medisch advies inwinnen.
Ingestion/Swallowing
GEEN braken opwekken. Onmiddellijk contact opnemen met een arts of een vergiftigingencentrum.

Zorgen voor voldoende ventilatie, met name in besloten ruimten. Zorgen voor oogdouches en veiligheidsdouches vlakbij de werkplek. Gebruik explosiebeveiligde elektrische/verlichting/apparatuur. Hand Protection
Beschermende handschoenen. EU-norm: EN 374 (minimumeis). Gegevens over het handschoenmateriaal: Natuurlijk rubber, Nitrilrubber, Neopreen, PVC. Doorbraaktijd en dikte: Zie aanbevelingen van de fabrikant. Inspecteer de handschoenen voor gebruik. Neem de voorschriften in acht over doorlaatbaarheid en doordrenkingstijd, zoals aangeleverd door de leverancier van de handschoenen. (Raadpleeg fabrikant / leverancier voor informatie). Zorg ervoor dat handschoenen zijn geschikt voor de taak (Chemische compatibiliteit, behendigheid, Operationele voorwaarden). Houd ook rekening met specifieke plaatselijke gebruiksomstandigheden, zoals gevaar voor insnijdingen, slijtage en aanraking. Verwijder handschoenen met zorg het vermijden van contaminatie van de huid.
Eye Protection
Veiligheidsbril met zij-afscherming (of stofbril) dragen. Stofbril (EU-norm - EN 166)
Respiratory Protection
Draag een door het NIOSH/MSHA of de NEN-EN 149 goedgekeurd onafhankelijk ademhalingsapparaat (volgelaats) met positieve druk en zorg voor ontsnappingsvoorzieningen. Om de drager te beschermen, moet de ademhalingsbescherming goed passen en op de juiste wijze worden gebruikt en onderhouden. Grootschalige / gebruik in noodgevallen: Gebruik een volgens NIOSH/MSHA of Europese Richtlijn EN 136 goedgekeurd gasmasker wanneer de limieten voor blootstelling worden overschreden of wanneer irritatie of andere symptomen optreden. Aanbevolen filtertype: Organische gassen en dampen filter Type A Bruin volgens EN14387. Kleinschalige / Laboratorium gebruik: Gebruik een volgens NIOSH/MSHA of Europese Richtlijn EN 149:2001 goedgekeurd gasmasker wanneer de limieten voor blootstelling worden overschreden of wanneer irritatie of andere symptomen optreden. Aanbevolen half masker: - Valve filtering: EN405; of; Halfgelaatsmasker: EN140; plus filter, NL141. Wanneer RPE wordt gebruik gemaakt van een gezichtsmasker Fit test moet worden uitgevoerd.
