Zorg ervoor dat handschoenen geschikt zijn voor de taak (chemische compatibiliteit, behendigheid, operationele omstandigheden, gevaar voor insnijdingen, slijtage en aanraking). Verwijder handschoenen met zorg om contaminatie van de huid te vermijden.
Veiligheidsbril met zij-afscherming (of stofbril) dragen (EU-norm - EN 166).
Wanneer werknemers worden blootgesteld aan concentraties boven de blootstellingsgrens, moeten ze geschikte, goedgekeurde ademhalingsbeschermingsmiddelen dragen. Grootschalige / gebruik in noodgevallen: Gebruik een volgens NIOSH/MSHA of Europese Richtlijn EN 136 goedgekeurd gasmasker wanneer de limieten voor blootstelling worden overschreden of wanneer irritatie of andere symptomen optreden. Aanbevolen filtertype: Deeltjes filteren. Kleinschalige / Laboratorium gebruik: Blijf zorgen voor voldoende ventilatie.
