First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Het slachtoffer in de frisse lucht brengen en laten rusten in een houding die het ademen vergemakkelijkt. Bij onwel voelen een antigifcentrum of een arts raadplegen.
Besmette kleding verwijderen. Met veel water en zeep wassen. Bij huidirritatie: een arts raadplegen. Verontreinigde kleding wassen alvorens deze opnieuw te gebruiken.
Symptoms: Huidirritatie. Kan roodheid en pijn veroorzaken.
Spoel de ogen onmiddellijk met veel water, gedurende minstens 15 minuten. Eventuele contactlenzen verwijderen, indien dit gemakkelijk kan gebeuren. Blijven spoelen. Wanneer irritatie ontstaat en aanhoudt, dient u medische hulp in te roepen.
Symptoms: Ernstige oogirritatie. De symptomen kunnen onder andere zijn: steken, scheuren, roodheid, opzwelling en onscherp gezichtsvermogen.
In het onwaarschijnlijke geval van inslikken een arts of vergiftigingencentrum raadplegen. De mond spoelen.
Immediate Medical Attention
Zorg voor algemene ondersteunende maatregelen en behandel symptomatisch. Houd slachtoffer onder observatie. De symptomen kunnen met vertraging optreden.

Er moet een goede algehele ventilatie worden gebruikt. Ventiliatiesnelheden moeten zijn aangepast aan de omstandigheden. Gebruik, indien van toepassing, afgesloten procesruimten, plaatselijke afzuiging of andere technische middelen om de concentraties in de lucht onder de aanbevolen blootstellingslimieten te houden. Wanneer er geen blootstellingslimieten zijn vastgesteld, houd dan de concentraties in de lucht op een aanvaardbaar niveau. Oogspoelstation en veiligheidsdouche verschaffen.
Draag bij gebruik van het product handschoenen die beschemen tegen chemicaliën (EN 374 norm). De doorbraaktijd van de handschoen moet langer zijn dan de totale duur van het gebruik van het product. Als de werkzaamheden met het product langer duurt dan de doorbraaktijd van de handschoen, moet die tussenin vervangen worden. Bij langdurig of herhaaldelijk contact met de huid, geschikte veiligheidshandschoenen gebruiken. Volledig contact: Handschoenmateriaal: Neopreen. Gebruik handschoenen met doorbraaktijd van 480 minuten. Minimum dikte van handschoenen 0.38 mm.

CCR met ademhalingsuitrusting die tegen organische damp beschermt en volledig gezichtsstuk. (Filter type AX)
Geschikte chemisch-resistente kleding dragen.
Breng het hiervoor aangewezen leidinggevend of toezichthoudend personeel altijd op de hoogte wanneer een stof onbedoeld vrijkomt. Emissies van ventilatie- of procesapparatuur moet worden gecontroleerd om na te gaan dat zij voldoen aan de vereisten van milieubeschermingswetten. Rookgaswassers, filters of technische aanpassingen aan de procesapparatuur kunnen nodig zijn om de emissies tot aanvaardbaar niveaus te brengen.
