First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Bij inademing van een grote hoeveelheid breng het slachtoffer in de frisse lucht, warmhouden en laten rusten.
Gooi verontreinigde kleding weg en was de huid grondig met zeep en water.
Symptoms: indien een allergische reactie optreedt. Bij het gebruik van hoge druk gereedschap kan het produkt onder de huid komen.
Spoel de ogen grondig met schoon vers water.
Symptoms: ogen rood zijn, bij pijnklachten of verslechtering van het gezichtsvermogen.
Een arts raadplegen en hem het etiket laten zien. Bij inslikken, houd het slachtoffer rustig en raadpleeg een dokter.
Immediate Medical Attention
In het algemeen, ingeval van twijfel of indien de verschijnselen aanhouden, altijd een arts waarschuwen. Breng het slachtoffer naar een oogarts, zeker als de ogen rood zijn, bij pijnklachten of verslechtering van het gezichtsvermogen. Bij het gebruik van hoge druk gereedschap kan het produkt onder de huid komen. Het slachtoffer moet dan onmiddellijk naar het ziekenhuis vervoerd worden. Wacht niet totdat er symptomen ontstaan

Zorgen voor een goede ventilatie, vooral in gesloten ruimtes.
Draag geschikte beschermende handschoenen bij langdurig of herhaald contact met de huid. Handschoenen van geschikt materiaal (bijvoorbeeld nitriel rubber, specificatie penetratie tijd: niveau 6, > 480 min., dikte 0,9-1 mm; CE-gecertificeerd volgens EN 374 cat. III) Beperk of vermijd huidcontact.
Vermijd contact met de ogen. Gebruik oogbeschermingen, ontworpen tegen het spatten van vloeistoffen. Voor het hanteren moet een veiligheidsbril worden opgezet die voldoet aan de norm EN166.
Als deze ventilatie onvoldoende is om de concentratie van dampen van oplosmiddelen beneden de toegestane blootstellingslimieten te handhaven, draag ademhalingsapparatuur.
Bij verstuiving moet beschermende kleding worden gedragen tegen chemische risico's tegen doordringing van verstoven vloeistoffen (type 4), volgens de norm EN14605 om elk contact met de huid te voorkomen. Na contact met het product moeten alle besmette lichaamsdelen gewassen worden. Beperk of vermijd huidcontact. Standaard werkkleding, veiligheidsschoenen of laarzen - chemisch resistent. Verwijder bevuilde kleding. Reinig de aangetaste huid met water en zeep. Bewaar geen met smeermiddelen bevuilde doeken in zakken van werkkleding.
