First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Frisse lucht, toevoer van zuurstof, warmte, bij voortdurende klachten specialist consulteren.
Symptoms: Dampen kunnen slaperigheid en duizeligheid veroorzaken.
Direct onder stromend water spoelen (10 minuten lang). Met product verontreinigde kleding verwijderen. Verband aanleggen, arts consulteren.
Symptoms: Roodheid, ontsteking.
Onmiddellijk de ogen spoelen met een zachte waterstraal of een oogspoelmiddel voor minstens 5 minuten. Indien de pijn aanhoudt (intensieve pijn, gevoelig voor licht, visuele storing), blijven spoelen en een dokter consulteren of naar het hospitaal gaan.
Symptoms: Irritatie, bindvliesontsteking.
Mondholte spoelen, 1-2 glazen water drinken, geen braken opwekken, arts consulteren.
Immediate Medical Attention
Medische aandacht is vereist bij voortdurende klachten na inhalatie, of indien de pijn aanhoudt (intensieve pijn, gevoelig voor licht, visuele storing) na oogcontact. Arts of specialist consulteren.

Er dient ermee rekening te worden gehouden dat de gebruiksduur van een chemicaliehandschoen in de praktijk op grond van de vele invloedfactoren (bv temperatuur) aanzienlijk korter dan de volgens EN 374 berekende permeatietijd kan zijn. Bij slijtageverschijnsels moet de handschoen worden vervangen.

Bij aerosolvorming raden wij het dragen van een geschikte adembescherming met ABEK-P2 filter aan. Deze aanbeveling dient gecheckt te worden met lokale voorwaarden.
