Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
In de frisse lucht brengen.
Symptoms: Inademen van dampen in hoge concentraties kan irritatie van de ademhalingsorganen veroorzaken.
Verontreinigde kleding en schoenen uittrekken. Was de huid met water en zeep. Verontreinigde kleding wassen alvorens deze opnieuw te gebruiken. Hogedrukwaterstralen kunnen huidwonden veroorzaken. In dit geval, zou het slachtoffer onmiddellijk naar het ziekenhuis moeten gebracht worden.
Symptoms: Kan een allergische reactie veroorzaken
Grondig spoelen met veel water, ook onder de oogleden.
Symptoms: Niet geclasseerd
GEEN braken opwekken. Nooit een bewusteloos persoon laten drinken (of eten). Onmiddellijk een arts of gifinformatiecentrum waarschuwen.
Symptoms: Inslikken kan irritatie van maag-darmkanaal, misselijkheid, braken en diarree veroorzaken.
Immediate Medical Attention
BIJ ERNSTIGE VERSCHIJNSELEN DIENT MEN, ONMIDDELLIJK DE HULP VAN EEN ARTS OF EERSTE HULP IN TE ROEPEN. In geval van huidwonden door hogedrukwaterstralen, zou het slachtoffer onmiddellijk naar het ziekenhuis moeten gebracht worden. Onmiddellijk een arts of gifinformatiecentrum waarschuwen bij inname.

Exposure Controls / PPE
Occupational exposure limits, engineering controls, and protective equipment
Pas technische maatregelen toe om te voldoen aan de MAC-waarden. Bij werken in besloten ruimten (tanks, containers, enz.) moet gezorgd worden voor ademlucht en geschikte beschermingsmiddelen.
Koolwaterstofdichte handschoenen: Gefluorideerd rubber, Nitrilrubber. In geval van langdurig contact met het product wordt het aanbevolen handschoenen te dragen die overeenkomen met EN 420 en EN 374 standaarden die tenminste gedurende 480 minuten beschermen en tenminste een dikte hebben van tenminste 0,38 mm. Deze waarden zijn slechts ter indicatie. Het beschermingsniveau wordt verzorgd door het handschoenmateriaal, de technische karakteristieken, de weerstand tegen chemicaliën waarmee gewerkt wordt, de juistheid van het gebruik en de vervangingsfrequentie.
Bij kans op spatten, draag:. Veiligheidsbril met zijkleppen.
Geen bij normaal gebruik. In geval van damp en aerosolformatie:. Ademhalingsmasker met combifilter voor damp/stofdeeltjes (EN 14387). Type A/P1. Het gebruik van ademhalingsapparatuur moet plaatsvinden onder strikte opvolging van de instructies van de fabrikant en de voorschriften voor keuze en gebruik.
Draag aangepaste beschermende kleding. Beschermende schoenen of laarzen. Kleding met lange mouwen.
Het product mag niet wegvloeien in riool, waterstroom of bodem.
