First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Frisse lucht, toevoer van zuurstof, warmte, bij voortdurende klachten specialist consulteren.
Symptoms: Irritatie, hoesten, kortademig, benauwde borstkas. Kan bij inademing allergie- of astmasymptomen of ademhalingsmoeilijkheden veroorzaken. Dampen kunnen slaperigheid en duizeligheid veroorzaken.
Spoelen onder stromend water met zeep. huidverzorging: verontreinigde kleding verwisselen. Indien nodig dermatoloog consulteren.
Symptoms: Na herhaaldelijk contact van het product met de huid is een allergie niet uitgesloten. Herhaalde blootstelling kan een droge of een gebarsten huid veroorzaken.
BIJ CONTACT MET DE OGEN: voorzichtig afspoelen met water gedurende een aantal minuten; contactlenzen verwijderen, indien mogelijk; blijven spoelen.
Symptoms: Irritatie, bindvliesontsteking.
Mondholte spoelen, 1-2 glazen water drinken, geen braken opwekken, arts consulteren.

Safe handling precautions, storage conditions, and workplace requirements
Open vuur en ontstekingsbronnen vermijden. Explosiebestendige elektrische apparatuur gebruiken. Uitsluitend vonkvrij gereedschap gebruiken. Opslag- en opvangreservoir aarden. Voorzorgsmaatregelen treffen tegen ontladingen van statische elektriciteit.

Voor de pauzen en stopzetting van de arbeid handen wassen. Niet eten, drinken of roken tijdens het gebruik.

Alleen in goed geventileerde zones gebruiken. Dampen of rook direct op de plaats van oorsprong of aan de plaats van uittrede afzuigen. Bij regelmatige werkzaamheden tafelafzuiginstallatie gebruiken.

Geschikte materialen bij kort contact resp. spatten (geadviseerd: ten minste beschermindex 2, overeenstemmend met > 30 minuten permeatietijd volgens EN 374): Butylcaoutchouc (IIR; >= 0,7 mm laagdikte) Geschikte materialen ook bij langer, direct contact (geadviseerd: beschermindex 6, overeenstemmend met > 480 minuten permeatietijd volgens EN 374): Butylcaoutchouc (IIR; >= 0,7 mm laagdikte) De gegevens baseren op literatuurgegevens en informaties van handschoenfabrikanten of zijn door analogieconclusie van soortgelijke stoffen afgeleid. Er dient ermee rekening te worden gehouden dat de gebruiksduur van een chemicaliehandschoen in de praktijk op grond van de vele invloedfactoren (bv temperatuur) aanzienlijk korter dan de volgens EN 374 berekende permeatietijd kan zijn. Bij slijtageverschijnsels moet de handschoen worden vervangen.
Volledig sluitende veiligheidsbril.
Bij aerosolvorming raden wij het dragen van een geschikte adembescherming met ABEK-P2 filter aan. Deze aanbeveling dient gecheckt te worden met lokale voorwaarden.
Persoonlijke veiligheidskleding dragen. Arm- en beenbeschermende veiligheidskleding.
