Minimaliseer het vrijkomen van stof in de lucht. Gebruik afzettingen, plaatselijke afzuiging of andere middelen om het niveau van stof in de lucht onder vastgestelde grenswaarden voor blootstelling te houden. Maak gebruik van ventilatie om stofdeeltjes in de lucht onder de grenswaarden voor blootstelling te houden wanneer handelingen van de gebruiker stof, dampen of nevel veroorzaken. Maak gebruik van organisatorische maatregelen, bijv. door werknemers uit stoffige ruimten te isoleren.
