First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Breng het slachtoffer in de frisse lucht. Bij ademhalingsproblemen: arts/medische dienst raadplegen.
Symptoms: BIJ BLOOTSTELLING AAN HOGE CONCENTRATIES: Droge keel/keelpijn. Hoesten. Neusslijmvliesirritatie.
Spoelen met water. Geen (chemisch) neutralisatiemiddel gebruiken. Slachtoffer naar arts brengen als irritatie aanhoudt.
Symptoms: Rode huid.
Onmiddellijk met veel water spoelen. Contactlenzen verwijderen, indien mogelijk. Blijven spoelen. Geen neutralisatiemiddel gebruiken. Slachtoffer naar oogarts brengen als irritatie aanhoudt.
Symptoms: Roodheid van het oogweefsel. Irritatie van het oogweefsel.
Mond spoelen met water. Antigifcentrum raadplegen (www.big.be/antigif.htm). Indien men zich onwel voelt: medische dienst/arts raadplegen. Bij inname van grote hoeveelheden: snel naar ziekenhuis.
Symptoms: Misselijkheid. Braken. Buikpijn. NA INNAME VAN GROTE HOEVEELHEDEN: Methemoglobinemie. Blauwgrijze huidskleur.
