First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Breng het slachtoffer in de frisse lucht. Bij ademhalingsproblemen: arts/medische dienst raadplegen.
Symptoms: Hoesten. Droge keel/keelpijn. Irritatie luchtwegen. Neusslijmvliesirritatie. VOLGENDE SYMPTOMEN KUNNEN VERTRAAGD OPTREDEN: Ademhalingsmoeilijkheden. Kans op longoedeem.
Geen (chemisch) neutralisatiemiddel gebruiken zonder medisch advies. Kleding verwijderen tijdens spoelen. Indien kleding vastzit aan de huid: niet verwijderen. Wonden steriel afdekken. Arts/medische dienst raadplegen. Indien verbrand oppervlak > 10 %: slachtoffer naar ziekenhuis brengen.
Symptoms: Etswonden/corrosie van de huid.
Onmiddellijk 15 min. met veel water spoelen. Contactlenzen verwijderen, indien mogelijk. Blijven spoelen. Geen (chemisch) neutralisatiemiddel gebruiken zonder medisch advies.
Symptoms: Corrosie van het oogweefsel.
Mond spoelen met water. Zo vlug mogelijk na inname: veel water laten drinken. Niet laten braken. Antigifcentrum raadplegen (www.big.be/antigif.html). Verpakking/braaksel tonen aan arts/ziekenhuis. Onmiddellijk arts/medische dienst raadplegen. Bij inname van grote hoeveelheden: snel naar ziekenhuis. Geen chemisch tegengif toedienen. Arts: maagspoeling af te raden.
Symptoms: Brandwonden maag-darmslijmvliezen. Misselijkheid. Buikpijn. Bloederig braaksel. NA INNAME VAN GROTE HOEVEELHEDEN: Shock.
Immediate Medical Attention
Afhankelijk van de toestand: arts/ziekenhuis. Bij ademhalingsproblemen: arts/medische dienst raadplegen. Indien verbrand oppervlak > 10 %: slachtoffer naar ziekenhuis brengen. Bij inname van grote hoeveelheden: snel naar ziekenhuis.

Arts: maagspoeling af te raden.
Firefighting Measures

Bij omgevingsbrand blusmiddelen aanpassen aan omgeving.
