Accidental Release Measures

Spill cleanup procedures, containment, and environmental protection

Emergency procedures

Boven de wind blijven. Gevarenzone afbakenen. Evacuatie overwegen. Deuren en ramen van omliggende gebouwen afsluiten. Motoren afzetten en niet roken. Geen open vuur en vonken. Vonkvrije/explosieveilige apparatuur/verlichting gebruiken. Vaten gesloten houden. Verontreinigde kleding reinigen.

Environmental

Binnendringen in riool verhinderen.

Cleanup methods

Morsvloeistof absorberen in niet brandbaar absorptiemiddel o.a.: zand, aarde, vermiculiet, kiezelgoer, gemalen kalksteen. Geabsorbeerd product opscheppen in afsluitbare vaten. Morsstof/restant zorgvuldig verzamelen. Tanks na beschadiging/afkoeling leegmaken. Niet met perslucht overpompen. Bevulde oppervlakken reinigen met een overmaat water. Verzameld product overdragen aan producent/bevoegde dienst. Na werkzaamheden kleding en materiaal reinigen.
