First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Persoon uit gevarenzone brengen. Persoon frisse lucht geven en al naargelang de symptomen arts raadplegen. Bij bewusteloosheid in stabiele zijligging brengen en medisch advies inwinnen.
Symptoms: Irritatie van de luchtwegen, Hoesten, Hoofdpijn, Duizeligheid, Beïnvloeding/beschadiging van het centrale zenuwstelsel, Bewusteloosheid.
Verontreinigde, doordrenkte kledingstukken meteen verwijderen, met veel water en zeep grondig wassen, bij huidirritatie (rood worden etc.), een arts raadplegen.
Symptoms: Uitdroging van de huid, Dermatitis (huidontsteking).
Kontaktlenzen uitnemen. Enkele min. met overvloedig water spoelen (oogdouche), indien nodig arts raadplegen.
Symptoms: Irritatie van de ogen.
Mond goed spoelen met water. Geen braken opwekken, veel water te drinken geven, meteen arts raadplegen. Aspiratiegevaar. Bij braken het hoofd naar beneden houden opdat de maaginhoud niet in de longen terechtkomt.
Symptoms: Misselijkheid, Braken, Aspiratiegevaar.
Immediate Medical Attention
Maagspoeling enkel onder endotracheale intubatie. Achteraf observeren op pneumonie en longoedeem.
