First Aid Measures
Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents
Breng in de frisse lucht. Houd de persoon warm en rustig. Als de patiënt niet ademt, onregelmatig ademt, of als zich een ademhalingsstilstand voordoet, dient kunstmatige beademing of zuurstof te worden toegediend door getraind personeel.
Verwijder verontreinigde kleding en schoenen. Reinig de huid grondig met water en zeep of gebruik een goedgekeurde huidreiniger. GEEN oplosmiddelen of verdunningsmiddelen gebruiken.
Verwijder contactlenzen, spoel met veel schoon water uit de kraan, houd de oogleden minstens 10 minuten uit elkaar en vraag onmiddellijk medisch advies.
Symptoms: Irritatie en herstelbare schade tot gevolg van vloeistof in de ogen.
In geval van inslikken onmiddellijk een arts raadplegen en verpakking of etiket tonen. Houd de persoon warm en rustig. GEEN braken opwekken.
Immediate Medical Attention
Contacteer onmiddellijk een specialist voor de behandeling van de vergiftiging indien grote hoeveelheden ingenomen of geïnhaleerd zijn.

Zorg voor voldoende ventilatie. Waar dit redelijkerwijs mogelijk is, dient dit te worden uitgevoerd met behulp van plaatselijke afzuiginstallatie.
Indien langdurig en regelmatig contact voorkomt, wordt een handschoen met een beschermingsklasse 6 (doorbreektijd groter dan 480 minuten volgens EN 374) aanbevolen. Aanbevolen handschoenen: Viton ® of Nitrile, dikker dan 0,38 mm. Als slechts kort contact verwacht wordt, wordt het gebruik van een handschoen met een beschermingsklasse 2 of hoger (doorbreektijd groter dan 30 minuten volgens EN 374) aanbevolen. Aanbevolen handschoenen: Nitrile, dikker dan 0, 12 mm. Handschoenen moeten regelmatig worden vervangen én worden vervangen wanneer er sprake is van enig teken van beschadiging aan het handschoenmateriaal. De functionaliteit of effectiviteit van de handschoen kan verminderen door fysische/ chemische schade en slecht onderhoud.
Gebruik oogbescherming tegen spatten van vloeistoffen.
Gewoonlijk geen ademhalingsbescherming nodig. Ademhalingsbescherming in het geval van stof of spuitnevel; deeltjesfilter EN143 type P2. Ademhalingsbescherming in het geval damp(vorming); halfgelaatsmasker gecombineerd met filter A2-P2 tot concentraties van 0,5 vol%.
