First Aid Measures

Emergency procedures for chemical exposure incidents

Inhalation

Move from the exposed area immediately, supply artificial respiration if necessary.

Skin contact

Wash with mild soap and water.

Symptoms: skin irritation

Eye contact

Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lens, if present and easy to doe continue rinsing.

Ingestion

If swallowed, drink 4-8 ounces of water to dilute. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
