Identified Uses

The MACS ART Annexin V Reagent is a medical device according to MDD 93/42/EEC and is used in combination with the other components of the MACS ART Annexin V System: the MACS ART Binding Buffer, the MACS ART MS Column, and the MACS ART Separation Unit. The MACS ART Annexin V System is intended for the in vitro depletion of apoptotic human spermatozoa by depleting phosphatidylserine-positive cells, from fresh, or cryopreserved, or otherwise manipulated semen samples. The spermatozoa prepared by using the MACS ART Annexin V System may then be used for further operations in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART).
